We use top-quality materials and build our parts to exacting tolerances. They are then closely inspected,
re-inspected and packaged. The odds of getting a faulty KA part are very slim but it can happen. If you have
any problem with a KA product, contact us for a quick and question-free replacement. It doesn't matter if you
are the original purchaser or if you are the 50th, just call or email us and we will get a replacement part
shipped to you ASAP. The only information that we'll need is a shipping address, a description of how the part
failed, and the faulty part. We examine the faulty parts and look for ways to further improve our products.
However, we've only had two parts failures in our entire history so obviously warranties are something that
our customers seldom have to find out about.
