KA-1222A reviewed on TheTruthAboutGuns.com (TTAG)

Posted by KJ on 12/3/2014 to Product reviews

We sent a KA-1222A brake/suppressor unit in to TTAG to test and review and they ended up testing 35 different muzzle devices.  The KA-1222A scored very well, especially being a hybrid and not being angle ported.  In addition....

Have ya checked out our "Gunsmith's Bench" episodes on Youtube?

Posted by KJ on 12/3/2014 to Gunsmithing

We have a YouTube channel and have been (and are currently filming) episodes for a little show we call "Gunsmith's Bench" where we tackle various custom builds and cover common DIY gunsmithing jobs.  Informative and free to watch (expensive to film though).....

Mark Kessler, the latest Judas of the gun community

Posted by Joey on 12/3/2014 to Politics and news

Well, looks like the "ostracized" ex-police chief of Gilberton Police Department in Pennsylvania who made waves with his off-the-wall "patriotic" pro-2A YouTube videos such as......

Review of Domingo's Upholstery here in Casa Grande

Posted by KJ on 11/18/2014 to Product reviews

Big thumbs down for this flunky, I try to support local businesses, but this time it cost me big time. On a recommendation, I took my truck seats over to Domingo's Upholstery and Foam here in Casa Grande to get them reupholstered. This isn't a show truck and I was getting the seats redone to the factory mid-1980's crappy General Motors style, complete with tweed and vinyl....easy enough right????

Posted by KJ on 5/13/2014 to Politics and news
We've been fighting the BATF on their recent ban of "7N6" 5.45x39 ammo importation. Working in conjunction with several Congressmen, we're going to do whatever we can to overturn this ridiculous ban. We will be meeting with representatives over the upcoming weeks.

Posted by KJ on 4/13/2014 to Cigars, beer, culture

Intimidating to most, loved by many, the LFD "Digger" is a immense cigar in size and strength.  Joey takes some time off this weekend to enjoy one of these beauties and give us the details.

Recent moves by the BATF to ban the importation of 5.45x39 7N6 ammo

The interesting overlap of "Fast & Furious" and the Zimmerman case

Posted by KJ on 7/21/2013 to Politics and news
After over a year of media manipulation and blatant race-baiting by Obama, Holder, Sharpton, Jackson, and many other prominent "mouthpieces" of the black community, the state of Florida finally ended their case in the shooting of Trayvon Martin.....

Review of Cohiba Black Gigante (6"x60)

Posted by KJ on 2/6/2013 to Cigars, beer, culture

Was actually a bit surprised at this one, I'm not normally a fan of most Cohibas and find them to be a bit overrated (and overpriced) for what they are.  This one was purchased in Puerto.....

Review of Strongbow Cider

Posted by KJ on 10/10/2012 to Cigars, beer, culture

As a long-time fan of hard ciders, this one is pretty easy review.  This isn't a "beer guy" trying something different, this is a review coming from a "beer guy" who also is a seasoned........
